Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Product must also be in the original packaging.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCT DIRECTLY BACK TO MANUFACTURER!

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business day.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. Transactions will sometimes get delayed with bank prior to deposit.

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items may be refunded but only at the sale price.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We will gladly exchange any damaged or broken products.If you received a product that arrived broken or damanged, please email us at support@technobrushautomatic360.com for return instruction.

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
